Energy kick with crunchy chocolate brittle

It´s cold up here in Scandinavia at the moment. Really cold. Snow covered forests and ice on the lake …and…the perfect time for chocolate. In any form.

Like a cup of hot chocolate after a walk in the forest or why not combine business with pleasure and make a great chocolate brittle that gives you that extra energy?

It is the world’s easiest and best candy, and actually quite healthy. Todaythere are infinitely many good flavored chocolate bars, so just choose the basic flavor you want and use Fair trade and ecological if you can. Today I tried orange flavor, and my homemade müssli and know I´m ready for anything!

Here you go!

200 g dark chocolate with orange flavor (70 percent)
about 0,75 cups homemade müssli (or your favourite müssli) Swedish recipe here

1. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a water bath.
2. Mix chocolate and müssli in a bowl.
3. Place baking paper in an ovenproof dish and pour the chocolate. Allow to set in the fridge.
4. Break the pieces. Eat and enjoy!
